Cancellation policy

CLEAR Wellness offers subscription options for customers who want to receive their product on a recurring schedule.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing and authorize CLEAR Wellness to automatically charge your selected payment method at the subscription interval shown at checkout.

Your subscription price, billing frequency, renewal date, and product details will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription through your customer account or subscription portal.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, subscription changes or cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.

Subscription Renewals

Subscription orders are automatically processed based on the frequency selected at checkout.

Once a subscription order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or change the order before it ships.

If a subscription order has already shipped, it will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscription Returns

Subscription orders follow the same return policy as one-time purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, fully sealed, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, you may receive a notification requesting that you update your payment method.

If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription order may be delayed, paused, or canceled.

Pricing and Availability

CLEAR Wellness may update subscription pricing, product availability, shipping options, or subscription terms over time.

If changes affect your active subscription, we will provide notice when required.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or return orders that have already been processed or shipped.
